Pending Orders - Submitting a Prescription Order

On your Home screen you will see Pending Pharmacy Orders on the top left. This is where all upcoming Rx orders need to be reviewed and submitted to the pharmacy for processing.  


You can also access this page by clicking Orders and then selecting Pending on the sub menu. 




You can place a bulk order by checking the boxes next to your patients names or by choosing "Select All Ready to Order", then click Bulk Order Prescription. 

You may also place one order at a time which is recommended when getting started to ensure the correct shipping address, DOB, dose, etc. 
Click on the hamburger menu and select Prescription Order


On the Prescription Order Page you can verify or change the shipping address, DOB, dosage, and # of vials.  


After you click submit the patients prescription order will be sent to a pharmacy for processing.


***Note - Please allow approximately 7-10 days for your meds to be delivered. Pharmacy processing can take approximately 3-7 days, once the order is processed you will be sent a tracking email for the order. Shipping is typically 2 days. 


Once your order is successfully placed it will appear in your Submitted Pharmacy Orders.
