How to remove a package

How to remove a package

If you need to remove a package be sure you do not have any active enrollees on it. If you do have an active enrollee you need to cancel their enrollment and enroll them into a new package that fits their needs.
Here is an example of a package that has one active enrollee (the # on the left) and 2 total enrollees that have ever subscribed to the package (the # on the right)

Once all Enrollees are cancelled, click Cancel on the package you want to remove.

After you cancel the package the status of the package will change to Canceled. The options to the right of the package will change, you will need to click Remove to clear the package from your list of visible packages.
