How to lock a patients dose
Go to Programs
Click Enrollees
Click View Enrollments next to the patient's name
Click on the carrot button to the left of the active package you want to lock the dose on.
Click on the dose you want to lock. This will keep all future orders at this dose for the duration of their enrollment period until you unlock it or change the dose on the prescription order page. You will know the dose is locked by the lock symbol (notice in the image above the symbol is unlocked and the image below it is locked)
