How to change a patients payment date
On your subscriptions page, scroll down to Enrolled Users.
Click View Enrollments next to the patient you need to change. Click on Manage Subscription,
- Then click Change Payment Date
- Select on the calendar the date that is no more than 40 days in advance and select Set Payment Date to change the patient's date.
