How to change a patients payment date

On your subscriptions page, scroll down to Enrolled Users.

Click View Enrollments next to the patient you need to change. Click on the blue hamburger button to see the list of options below

Bill Now and Redeem

Use this option when patients need their meds in advance of their next scheduled billing date.

This will charge the patient and push an order onto your Pending Pharmacy Orders Page for review. This option will leave their existing billing schedule intact, it changes the next bill date to what it would be if they had waited to be charged.

  • For example - Let's say a patient is preparing to go on vacation for the last two weeks in July and their next bill date is set for 7/15. You can select bill now and redeem to order their meds before 7/15 so they can bring their medication with them on their trip. Be sure to bake in time for the pharmacy to process and ship the order (at least 7 days). This will cause their next bill date to advance to the following 28 days billing cycle, from 7/15 to 8/12.

Change Payment Date

Use this option to move up a bill date 2 weeks or postpone a bill date 4 weeks.

This option is only available if they are within one billing period of their next bill date, and can only be advanced up to one billing period. If it is a 28 day subscription, their next payment must be less than 28 days away to use this option.

This feature is not intended for long delays, if the patient needs a longer delay it will be best to cancel their subscription and reenroll when they are ready to start up again.
