Changing a Patient's Subscription

Log in to your DrWell Provider account, and on the Home page, click on Programs

After you select Programs, select Enrollments at the top.
Then, proceed to this screen, where a list of the clinic's patients will be displayed. Click on the ellipsis on the right-hand side of the patient's name.
After clicking that, you will see options to Change Program, click that, and it will bring up another prompt screen.
Pick a program from the drop-down arrow, add the patient's mobile number or email, and then click Change Program.
