Patient Cancel Subscription
We highly advise you to go through your provider, to cancel so they understand your personal needs. They will be able to cancel your subscription for you and issue a refund if applicable.
Please know, every subscriber has the ability to cancel themselves on their portal. You have to login to your account that you set up when you enrolled into the subscription by going to www.drwell.com. You can then head to Subscriptions after you login.
From there it will take you to this screen and the option to Cancel Subscription is located at the bottom.
Click Cancel Subscription and then confirm cancellation.
We always advise patients to go to their provider so they are informed of your situation, they may have other options available that better suit your needs.
