Creating a Subscription Package / Program

Creating a Subscription Package / Program

After logging into your provider profile, click on Programs on the top menu bar, select Programs again on the subsequent menu bar.
Next select Create Package

On the package create page choose a template that aligns closest to the type of package you are wanting to create.
The templates automatically add drug periods to the package. After you choose your template you will be able to edit the name, pricing, enrollment period, description, and more

Here you can customize your package. Be sure to triple check each field, once a package is active most fields are frozen and cannot be changed.

Double check if the Hide From Public Display box is checked (see below). Practices use this feature for staff and/or friends & family packages that are not available to standard customers.

Double check your work! When a package is activated you WILL NOT be able to go back to change the price, enrollment period, etc.
When you are done editing the package click "Publish" as the bottom of the page. This will make the package active where you can get a link to send to the patient.
