How does Auto Renew work?
Look at this package as an example:
The length of enrollment is 3 months, the Do Not Renew/Reenroll Users is NOT checked, and there is no Reenrollment Package selected.
This means that the subscriber will be billed monthly for 3 consecutive months, after the 3rd payment the subscriber will be reenrolled into the same package. This is because the there is no reenrollment package selected and the Do Not Renew box is NOT checked.
- The only way a subscriber can bypass auto-renewing is if they select on their profile to disable auto renew.
Back to the package page, If the Do Not Renew box was checked then the subscriber would not be automatically renewed after the 3rd payment. Even if there was a reenrollment package selected.
If the Do Not Renew box was NOT checked and there was a Reenrollment package selected, after the 3rd payment the subscriber would be renewed into the package selected (not the current package they were enrolled in.)
