Adding Your Logo to DrWell

Follow these steps to upload and display your logo on the DrWell platform:

Step 1: Log in to BuildMyHealth

  1. Open a web browser on your desktop computer.
  2. Go to the BuildMyHealth login page.
  3. Log in using your administrator credentials.

Step 2: Access Account Settings

  1. Once logged in, locate your avatar in the upper right corner of the main navigation.
  2. Hover your mouse over the avatar and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Logo Recommendations

  1. Optimize Logo Placement:
    • Important: Logo optimization must be done outside of the BuildMyHealth platform using an image editing tool such as Adobe Photoshop or another preferred editor.
    • If your logo includes a logo mark (icon or emblem):
      • Positioning: Adjust the logo mark so that it is placed to the right or left of your text logo rather than stacked above or below. This arrangement provides better display within the DrWell application.
  2. Cropping:
    • Ensure your logo is cropped to remove any blank or dead space around it. This maximizes the logo's height and improves its appearance on the DrWell platform.
    • Recommendation: Use a transparent background for optimal display.

Step 4: Upload Your Logo

  1. In the Practice Settings section, find the logo upload area.
  2. Click Browse to select your logo file, or drag and drop your logo onto the page.
    • Accepted Formats: PNG or WEBP
    • File Size: Must be less than 5MB

Step 5: Save and Preview Your Logo

  1. Click Save to confirm your logo upload.
  2. To preview your logo in DrWell:
    • Navigate to the Programs page.
    • Email or text yourself a referral link and review how your logo appears on the platform.
